Special Interest Group on Computers and Society (SIGCAS)

SIGCAS does not sponsor an annual conference.

Special Interest Group on Computer Science Education (SIGCSE)

The ACM Special Interest Group on Computer Science Education provides a forum for problems common among educators working to develop, implement and/or evaluate computing programs, curricula, and courses, as well as syllabi, laboratories, and other elements of teaching and pedagogy.

Special Interest Group on Programming Languages (SIGPLAN)

SIGPLAN is a Special Interest Group of ACM that focuses on Programming Languages. In particular, SIGPLAN explores implementation and efficient use. Its members are the programming language users, developers, implementers, theoreticians, researchers and educators.

The Conference on Object-Oriented Programming Systems, Languages, and Applications (OOPSLA) is sponsored every year by the Association for Computing Machinery's Special Interest Group on Programming Languages. OOPSLA features tutorials, workshops, demonstrations, exhibits, and papers relating to object-oriented technology.

Special Interest Group on Software Engineering (SIGSoft)

The ACM Special Interest Group on Software Engineering seeks to improve our ability to engineer software by stimulating interaction among practitioners, researchers, and educators; by fostering the professional development of software engineers; and by representing software engineers to professional, legal, and political entities.

EuroSpace DASIA Conference

Eurospace, the association of the European space industry, sponsors the yearly DASIA (DAta Systems in Aerospace) conference. It was formally held for the first time in 1996 but is in direct continuation of the 'Ada in Aerospace' Conference arranged yearly since 1990 and the 'On-Board Data Management Symposium' organised several times during the same period. The focus of the conference is computer-based applications and technologies - hardware and software - for aerospace applications, in air/space and on ground. Fully recognising the technological cross-fertilisation and resemblance with other applications such as transport and telecommunications, participation of non-space industry and academia is encouraged.
